Fit''s perfectly!

Purchased right before Christmas 2014 and the delivery men very conscientious. Unit fit's perfectly into the built-in area. My only disappoint with this refrigerator is that the ice machine is quite loud, whether it be the water running to make the ice or when the ice drops into the door container. I hope you will correct this 'flaw' in newer models.

Very nice refrigerator

After reading the reviews for this refrigerator I was very concerned about its performance. I purchased the fridge because it was the right size and I loved the look. So let me say that this is a great refrigerator. First, the ice maker works very well. Yes, it is small but we have never run out of ice. Maybe if I am entertaining it may be a problem but for everyday - no way/plenty of ice. Also, the fridge is not noisy at all. You do hear when the ice dumps but that is not very often/big deal. The control pad is great - I am enjoying the water measuring function. I don't need a measuring cup - just put the pot under the dispenser, select auto fill and the amount and voila - the right measurement. The only cons are - it is not as good of quality as my old kitchen aid fridge - it is just a bit chintzy (but all the fridges are the same). The veggy drawer does not open very wide- that is true. I'm glad I didn't let the reviews scare me away from buying this - it is a very nice fridge.

I have had this refridgerator for about 8 months now and could not be more pleased. Does a great job keeping fruits and vegetables fresh with preserva food system. I really like the auto dispensing mode on the front.

Poor quality

Refrigerator is 1 month old, door hinge closer is super cheep creaks and snaps when opening door and sheds plastic dust if you let go the handle will hit counter, door stop thin metal flexes and allows door to go 180 deg and hits granite counter need to pull out fridge to keep handles clear making it not counter depth ? Basically it's poorly designed and built super cheaply ,my 10 year old kitchen aid now in basement is far superior
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this 2 months ago and love the counter depth and features.
Love everything about this refrigerator. I thought I would loose space by going to counter depth only, but it seems to be built quite efficiently.

The one thing that would make the freezer better is another shelf. Lots of space between shelves. I think it could handle one more to help keep things organized.

not enough shelves!

The manufacturer conveniently doesn't give you enough shelves. You have to order two more for fridge (one is for the door) and one for the freezer. A total of three extra shelves needed. They are about $90 each. Very disappointed
