Icemaker is a bit loud because its n the door. Llikely most brands experience the same. A tad hard to press for ice. Chrome finish on shelves scratch easily.

Drawer space is very limited for storing meat, vegetables and cheese. Ice maker spits ice out onto floor. Water dispensed is not cold.

Not built like before, quality needs improvement. For example; trim fit around the door is poor and the door alignment is poor. One would also think the drink dispenser would provide cool (chilled) water.
We thought we bought the top of the line, guess not...

I like this fridge it is the 2nd kitchenaid we've owned. The water/ice dispenser is great. Typical to side by side the freezer doesn't fit a frozen pizza.

Horrible Fridge - Nothing but problems

I bought this 3 years ago and it has been one problem after another. We have had it fixed multiple times and are finally giving up wasting $ and getting a new fridge. A terrible product. I have never before in my life written a review - but felt obligated this time.
