I bought appliance among other 4 Kitchenaid appliances about 5 months ago. Everything seems to bre great except for door not closing easily and sometimes it stays opened. Service technician found that hinge was worn out (apparently a defect since problem was there from time of installation). Hinges were replaced and it seems to be working well now. In addition, I think the water filter needed to be replaced prematurely (about 3 months) and it is expensive ($50).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pleased with unit

I am very happy with this purchase. So far, no problems and the unit is quiet, looks good, and has great features such as the automatic water fill and the Preserva system. It really does keep produce fresher longer.

Nice refrigerator looks great. Not much space inside. Not family size. Some problems with the water dispenser it works sometimes.

TOO SMALL!

This refrigerator came with our new house. I am so disappointed with the room inside! I wish I could upgrade to a bigger fridge and trade this one in! Small ice maker, would not suggest the side by side!!!

Great counter depth size

I bought this 4 months ago and it's alright but not nearly as quality of a fridge as I thought it would be. The water that comes out of the dispenser is never very cold, and the shelves are not very adjustable which really limits how you store items in the space, but for a counter depth size it looks nice and works pretty well and has a decent amount of space.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor interior design

Pullout drawers are flimsy. Ice maker noisy. Ice maker takes up a large portion of the freezer compartment. Not enough space. Refrigerator compartment shelving poorly arranged.
