Roomy but disappointing

We bought this one month ago and love the size but are disappointed with the water/ ice dispenser. The water is dispensed at room tempature. Do not expect chilled water! Also, our kitchen set up has the fridge right next to a wall oven. When we cook with the oven, the ice in the ice maker melts and causes water to flow out of the ice maker and makes such a mess all over. We think this is a flaw in the design. If they can fix that and chill the water it would be a great product. We are hoping to return this product and replace with another model.

I am very happy with the fridge overall however we seem to have on and off issues with our ice maker. All my previous appliances were all kitchenaid I have always had great working appliances

I was replacing all my appliances in my house with KitchenAid and this is a nice refrigerator but prefer my old whirlpool it has a little better design with the shelves in the side by side refrigerator.

It Leaks!

We purchased this refrigerator for a kitchen remodel. We had a Kitchenaid wine refrigerator with no issues and wanted a counter-depth model that would match. The sales person talked us into the value of having the ice maker in the door for more room in the freezer. First off, the size is small. The drawer are difficult to open and access. Then after only three months, we saw water coming from below. Called the 800 number and had a technician come out right away. He couldn't see anything wrong but said there can be air bubbles that can cause temporary leaks. No issues for four months then the leak was back. Then the ice maker dispenser started leaking. Ice maker was replaced. Everything was fine for one week, then the leak returned. I think we have a lemon!

It is too small, there isn't room for anything and the drawers break all the time.
If you have more the 2 people in your family, we DO NOT Recommend this

Horrible product

Bought last Dec but didn't move in till Feb this year. Refrigerator started having problems and replaced with new one. Surprise new one has same issues. Will be getting another Kitchenaide fridge but not this model for sure. Kitchenaide has lost a good customer.
