Great Look, great Features, But get your ear plugs when the

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We just got this unit, after researching for about 3 months. I am happy with the looks, happy with the features, but this frig is LOUD. When the frig is running water to fill the ice tray, it sounds like a fog horn going off in the middle of the night. The noise is a deal-breaker for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Solid Refrigerator

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We bought this refrigerator after having a much more expensive Kenmore and couldn't be happier. It's fit and finish is near perfect, the ice maker operates nearly perfect, and the touch pad is a nice feature as well.

I bought it over the summer for my new home. I very happy and satisfied with this product. I've always loved Kitchen Aid appliances for its quality and design and I love this one too.

Great refrigerator!!!

Well lit

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was surprised that the most notable thing I could think of about this refrigerator is that it is "well lit," but that is what comes to mind. The theater-style lighting is very effective at showing the contents of the refrigerator. I like the bright LED lights.
The unit is very quiet, EXCEPT the ice maker which can be heard all over the house when it clunks.
I don't know what to get excited about with a refrigerator. I like that it has so many drawers, especially in the freezer, and that they have see-through tops. Everything seems to work OK, and that's what one wants a refrigerator to do. One time the chilled water stopped working. I removed and replaced the same water filter, and it started working again and there have been no more problems.
