Be Careful

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We waited 12weeks for this refrigerator and received a damaged dented one. You can't get water or ice while refrigerator door is open. Try this with multiple family members during dinner. The design of drawer fronts are terrible these are held on by two 1/4" plastic clips. We've replaced these three times already with average use for family of five. The touch screen doesn't sit flush with doors and will probably be the next thing to go with minimal one year warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

NOISY!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We bought this refrigerator two days ago. It is beautiful and does everything a refrigerator should do but we have had some early problems. First, the shelving is very hard to install and will only go in in a limited number of ways because the door can not be closed due to conflicts between the shelves in the refrigerator and those in the door. Evenso, we finally managed and the result is quite good. However, there is one problem that we have not been able to adjust to our satisfaction. The refrigerator is very noisy. Noisy to the extent my wife does not like to go into the kitchen; therefore, I have to do the cooking! I am really not very good at it.
(The dishwasher, range and microwave, all Kitchen Aids, are delightful so far. The dishwasher is the quietest we have ever had.)
PS. I would not recommend this refrigerator to a friend nor any other refrigerator because I do not know enough about them.

Good Fridge

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The design is very good. Especially the lights in the fridge. So it's very bright. It's has good space too. The shelves are placed well. Only complaint is the food and vegetables free when they are kept close to the wall or the sides of the fridge.

Crisper Draw worthless
