Refrigerator that cost that much should last longer than 2 y

Now being 2 years old the freezer quit working because of the freezer door being opened and shut. the wires on bottom of freezer door rub together causing them to break. We are checking into getting a new freezer door from Kitchenaid.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This large refrigerator provides ample and convenient storage space the top shelf easily fits multiple gallon cartons of milk juice or your beverages of choice. There are many spaciousdrawers and compartments for all of your needs. The low profile hinges make it look more of like a custom built-in appliance and the internal halogen lighting is brightand sleek. The external touch screen is fantastic.

Lots of space and the lighting is spectacular - 6 lights in the refrigerator and 3 in the freezer. Ice cubes and water work great. Never thought I would get so excited about a refrigerator. Water measurement is a great feature.

Refrigerator door swings very wide, making it easier to pull out larger items. Bottom shelves, the perfect size. Freezer is more than ample for this Italian cook!
