Problems with Freezer Door and rubber door gasket

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The refrigerator looks great and has the features that we were looking for. However, the freezer door at times has condensation on the outside of the door and water beads down the door gasket and pools water at the bottom ref. door. The seller has ordered a new door, said it would take approximately 6-weeks to get. I hope that this will correct the problem but, have my doubts that it will. Kitchen Aid products should not have these type of problems. We are very disappointed.

Perfect for our family!

We purchased the floor model and couldn't be happier! This is a very sleek, stylish, and functional refrigerator. We didn't want a complicated product filled with too many interior compartments. This is a perfect fit for our family.

Nice fridge, but water dispenser already leaking

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have only had this for 3 months and the water dispenser is already leaking. Overall it is a good fridge. I like the side by side. I had a freezer on the bottom for 12 years, nice it is a nice change.

Exceeding Expectations

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Our original order was for the previous version of this refrigerator. We had to wait for line changes but it was worth it!
This refrigerator is amazing! Improvements in lighting, filtration, cooling control, shelf arrangement and ice maker are just that.
The only thing I am having to get accustomed to is the sound of the ice maker when it resets. It sounds like my printer.

Just terrible. Have had for two years with nothing but continuous trouble. Ice maker completely worthless! I believe the Barbie Ice Maker makes more ice.

Very very nice and very big.....smaller by CU FT than my previous one which was 27.5 but appears to have more room due to layout. I wish that the door bins were more interchangeable....I'd like to have one of the more shallow ones on top and they don't work that way.
