Problems with Freezer Door and rubber door gasket

However, the freezer door at times has condensation on the outside of the door and water beads down the door gasket and pools water at the bottom ref. door. The seller has ordered a new door, said it would take approximately 6-weeks to get. I hope that this will correct the problem but, have my doubts that it will. Kitchen Aid products should not have these type of problems. We are very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We waited 12weeks for this refrigerator and received a damaged dented one. You can't get water or ice while refrigerator door is open. Try this with multiple family members during dinner. The design of drawer fronts are terrible these are held on by two 1/4" plastic clips. We've replaced these three times already with average use for family of five. The touch screen doesn't sit flush with doors and will probably be the next thing to go with minimal one year warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great replacement refrigertor

The water/ice dispensers, with options are remarkable and the ice maker in the door gives more freezer space. Our old refrig gave us good service and we think this one will even be better.
