Just terrible. Have had for two years with nothing but continuous trouble. Ice maker completely worthless! I believe the Barbie Ice Maker makes more ice.

Most refrigerators I checked out before purchasing my KitchenAid had open ice makers or ones that took up the whole top shelf of the freezer. I, personally, don't like handling ice so loved the enclosed bin in the door that could just lift out.
My old refrigerator was small and the bins were dark so I could never see inside to know what was in them (fruits and veggies). New refrigerator is all clear, clean and white.....great visibility and easy to organize. And, a large pizza does fit in the freezer, even in my side-by-side.
Pros: Convenient Features, easy to use, Design

Great product for the price. Have only had for about half a year so far but no problems with it at all. The front panel is awesome; water can dispensed at touch of a button rather than holding the cup and manually depressing arm.
Pros: Convenient Features, Innovative, easy to use, Design, Performance

We like our KitchenAid appliances. We have KitchenAid electric range, microwave and dishwasher. Replaced all these around the same time.
I love the lighting in the refrigerator and it keeps our food fresh better than previous refrigerators that we have owned.
Could be a little more quiet, especially the ice maker. Our new KitchenAid dishwasher is so quiet it is scary! Maybe the people who designed the sound deadening for the dishwasher should work on the refrigerator. Also, the ice maker seems slower than our previous Maytag refrigerator.
Overall, love KitchenAid quality and I would definitely recommend your products.
Pros: Performance, Innovative, Convenient Features, easy to use
Cons: Noisy, ice maker seems slow

We purchased this refrigerator when we bought a new home March of 2014 and have been waiting to write the review. (I prefer to use the product for some time before committing to performance.) We have had multiple issues with this model. First, a ding in the door when delivered, new door arrives and it looks used (scratched and insulation hanging out). Second door arrives and we are happy with the appearance. About 2 months later I notice the refrigerator door will not close unless really pushed shut. Another service call for replacement of hinges. Then the ice maker quits, serviced, not one time, but three times and every time it was a different repair. Replacement of the display screen and I believe some kind of computer module finally fixed the ice maker issue. Holding my breath as it is time to replace the water filter again and in the past this has initiated the ice maker problem. Not only the hinges need to be replaced, as mentioned above, but also the rollers. The service technicians were having trouble moving in and out. I finally asked one if that was normal and he said, "No". So I suggested that they be replaced, as I might want to move it out someday and clean behind it. There is always moisture along the interior wall of the refrigerator on the freezer side. Service man adjusted defrost mode a little, but there was no change. It is something I decided to just put up with. One good thing, there is plenty of lighting, but it is very difficult to find anything. I did not notice (my bad) that the shelves cannot be adjusted, and I feel that there are two shelves that are so close together I can't see what is on them. I call the one under the deli tray the "secret shelf", because if I want to hide any food, that is the place to do it. Also, it drives my family crazy that you can not fill a glass with water and open the refrigerator door at the same time. I have been very disappointed in this refrigerator. Went with KitchenAid because of the counter depth KitchenAid in old house, but I can't get as much food in this one.

The shelf arrangement is ridiculous! There are two shelves that are so narrow, it is hard to use them. There s no way to configure the shelves in any other way. I am not happy with this at all!
