[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has got to be one of the finest refrigerators on the market. The features and size are a winning combination. We are long time kitchenaid appliance buyers and have never been disappointed
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator less than a month ago and i am very disappointed with the product. The refrigerator has a problem ( freezing food on the fridge side, on the top shelf ). Plus the fridge look good on the outside , but inside all the drawers are very cheap, poor quality made . I am sorry i picked this brand refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, we are very happy with all of our KitchenAid appliances. When we renovated our kitchen, we bought EVERY item KitchenAid had available, including this fridge. Its been great, we love the auto dispense on the water dispenser, but water filters are $30.00 each (Recommended to change every 6 months.) Our biggest complaint is that the display panel for the water/ice dispenser is seperating from the fridge. Thankfully this happened within the first year of ownership.
Pros: easy to use, Innovative, Convenient Features, Design, Performance
Cons: ice bucket is loud, display panel coming seperated

Very Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While some may rate it highly for style points as a sleek and stylish addition to your kitchen and while I agree the interior lights are very nice, there are a number of annoyances with this fridge and one very annoying defect.
1) Limited options for shelf intervals. Simpler, cheaper fridges have rack systems with much more flexibility. With this fridge you're extremely limited with how far apart you can space your shelves. Actually gets quite annoying with jars and bottles of a certain height.
2) The buttons on the control panel don't work properly. Precisely followed the instructions in the manual for calibrating water measurement and it doesn't work. Other issue - the option to turn off the cooling completely is supposed to require two buttons but really only takes one button, so it's easy to shut off your fridge by accident when you're just trying to increase the measured fill amount (i.e. The "+" button is the same as the errant shut off button).
3) I understand the rationale for interrupting water or ice dispensing when the freezer door is open, but why is this interruption also mandatory when the fridge door opens? Doesn't happen on simpler, cheaper fridges. Again, this makes no sense for a premium product.
4) The drawers break! Owned it for less than a year and the front of the crisper drawer broke off due to poor design - it was held on by wimpy little plastic tabs which any design student would know would be insufficient to support frequent use. Yes, I've seen the comment that this is covered under special warranty, etc. but this is no excuse for lousy design on a premium-priced unit. Unacceptable.
5) To reach the ice shutoff switch, you must remove the entire ice bin which can be somewhat awkward and impractical. This company's economy brand models don't have this additional inconvenience.
Overall, not a very thoughtfully or robustly designed fridge. Definitely not worth the price or general aggravation. Better options for spending your money. Very disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our original order was for the previous version of this refrigerator. We had to wait for line changes but it was worth it!
This refrigerator is amazing! Improvements in lighting, filtration, cooling control, shelf arrangement and ice maker are just that.
The only thing I am having to get accustomed to is the sound of the ice maker when it resets. It sounds like my printer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the kitchen aid refrigerator I purchased. It is nice looking on the exterior with the stainless steel and the lighted water and ice features. It offers a lot of room for storage and is easy to clean. I also am a fan of the side by side feature. I knew I would be getting a good product due to the great reputation of the Kitchen aid products!
Pros: Design, easy to use, Convenient Features, Performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] See Sheener Fort Lauderdale previous. It been 6 months. Still have some condensation on freezer door, wipe it 2-3 times a day.
Ice maker working until yesterday. Did I say 6 months (applicance company only warrants repairs for 3 months. OOPs.)
So no I am not repairing this refrigerator again. It is going out to trash and I am hunting replacements.
