[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this product but it's been 2 months and still have not gotten the parts I need or the service to fix problem with this item. This item still bangs into the cabinet doors when opened . Door needs to be fixed or relined. Told me two weeks it's been 2 months and part still no call to come and fix the problem. Other then that it's been ok. Service department not so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'M DISAPPOINTED TO LEARN (T00 LATE) THAT THE ICE CUBE BIN IS SO SMALL, THEREBY LIMITING THE AMOUNT OF CUBES THAT CAN BE SAVED FOR LATER USE.. ALSO, THAT THE BIN MUST BE REMOVED IN ORDER TO TURN THE ICE CUBE MAKER ON/OFF..THIS IS RIDICULOUS!
