[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator has failed in multiple areas in 15 weeks since installation. Inlet water solenoid faulty as delivered - no flow. Both freezer and refrigerator doors required replacement -- replacement freezer door arrived dented and electronics did not operate. When water solenoid replaced, water now overflows ice cube maker -- water flows thru ice container, down inside/outside of freezer door and onto kitchen flow. Multiple incidents. Ice cubes in container freeze into solid block, paddle stirring device cannot break cubes to dispense. Significant frost buildup inside freezer covering wall and all contents. Water freezes in cold water bladder. Doors misaligned - not adjustable. Overall an incredibly poor product. Have requested removal.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When water and/or ice dispensing fails, check the ice bin inside the freezer door. If the cubes have solidified into a mass, remove the bin, let it thaw, dump the ice, and return the bin to the door. Our ice and water dispensed fine after that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of this refrigerator. Is simple and functional. I like the fact that the freezer has more room than most refrigerators with ice and water dispensers.
The stainless steel is pretty, but at first it was hard to clean and keep clean. I finally bought a stainless steel cleaner and that has kept the doors smudge free.
Overall I think the refrigerator is good looking, and offers enough space for our family needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would buy this refrigerator again in a blink of an eye. The only drawback that I'd like to change is the crispers. They don't pull out as far as I'd like to put in larger produce like a head of lettuce or cantaloupe. You have to almost remove the drawer to get it in (and the drawers have less capacity than my previous refrigerator.) I did purchase an extra door shelf bin so all of my smaller items are contained in the door.
Pros: Performance, Design, easy to use, Convenient Features
Cons: crisper capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] love the look and feel of this fridge. it is a counter depth, so not as deep as ones I have had in the past, but it delivers everything I need in a fridge. love the icemaker in the door, can get the ice bin in and out easily. just wish they would have put the icemaker shutoff control on the door panel as well as under the ice bin, a bit cumbersome to turn on and off under the ice bin. I do love the dual compressors, one for fridge and one for freezer. wish there was a model just like this but a bit taller, I would have gotten that if it had the dual compressor and counter depth. love the blue lighting, that really makes it with the stainless steel and much better than white or green.
Pros: Convenient Features, Performance, Design, easy to use, Innovative, blue lighting on door panel, dual compressors
Cons: icemaker control under ice bin not on door panel, Not tall enough
