be replaced. Had to wait for parts and then the incorrect part was sent. Poor construction. Fan sits in Styrofoam held together with tape. No wonder it broke, poor design. repairman said he never saw anything like this.still waiting for parts.

*the quality of the shelves and drawers is low
*the ice maker is slow and noisy
*the fresh veggie pak in one drawer does not help keep veggies fresh in the other!

Although we had a difficult initiation to the use of this refrigerator, I must say it does seem to cool well and I do like the lighting.
We expected the same quality that we had with the previous refrigerator and have not experienced that.
Pros: Performance, It cools, nice lightling
Cons: noisy and slow ice maker, missing wine bottle holder, awkward shelving, uneven vegetable freshener, low quality shelving, missing can holder in the door
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The LED lighting and all the filters stand out from the competition. After using them every day for over two years I can say without a doubt they perform as well as they look. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros-the fridge overall looks very nice in my kitchen and the lighting inside is very good. That seriously is where the pros end, that is all that is good about this fridge. Cons-The bottom trim piece in the front is cheap plastic and looks just that:cheap. It ruins the overall look of the fridge. Luckily you can't see it much when the doors are closed. Yes, I know this is a counter depth fridge and I have owned many in the past. But this one takes the cake for least amount of inside space. I cannot even fit a head of lettuce into the bottom drawers. They only pull out like 6 inches. The "adjustable" shelves on the door, aren't really all that adjustable. They will only really work in a certain configuration, or the door won't close. The shelves inside the fridge don't have that many options to move around either. I've had to adjust the temperature on both the fridge and freezer quite a bit to keep my food cold and not have lukewarm milk. So now that I have cold milk, the bottom of the fridge is too cold and is forming all kinds of ice behind the drawers. I have gotten used to the control panel for ice and water, but whenever someone comes over, they can't figure it out. It is a little confusing and not all that easy to use. I literally could keep going, but I will stop there. These were the major points. If you're going to spend this much on a fridge, spend it on a different one, or different brand altogether. Not impressed with this one at all.
