[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed. Broke down after 9 months. Had bad experience with Kitchen Aid in trying to resolve this problem and also New Life appliance in follow through. Refrigerator has been down for over 2 weeks which has infuriated us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Relatively new but the refrigerator seems to work well and is using less energy than my previous unit. The refrigerator is not real deep; the produce drawers are especially small. However the bottom shelf does hold tall items like large containers or pots.
I like the style and the LED lights are great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not happy with the division of storage space between fridge and freezer. This unit replaces the same size JennAire, and fridge doesn't come close to containing the items I wish to store. Also don't like that the fridge storage drawers don't pull out fully. On freezer side, the door icemaker and dispenser takes up too much room. We had a service call early on because the ice cube water supply froze. Cosmetically, the front of the unit should also be a dull finish so fingerprints wouldn't bee so obvious.

This is a terrible product! It has been discontinued for a reason. I didn't even want to give it a 1 star. I've had nothing but problems with ice maker stopping, condensation from door not getting sealed correctly, and coils turning to solid ice which didn't allow fridge to cool properly and spoiled a ton of food without us knowing until it was too late.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lemon

This model is a lemon. Numerous problems with it including thick frost in the refrigerator compartment, problems with malfunctioning water dispenser, etc. I've had this less than 5 years. Lousy warranty, expensive water filters. Bad news on a simple device that should last many years.

Poor quality drawers
