Fridge side frosts up and causes fridge and freezer not to cool resulting in a lot of lost food. 3 weeks after first repair same thing happened again. Not hopeful the latest repair will do the trick either. Will be checking very often for any signs of frost. Very disappointed.

We love the digital features, the lighting, and the simple but attractive look. However, we only recently in the last few weeks noticed that the refrigerator door and the freezer door do not quite line up. The refrigerator door sticks out from the freezer door about a half inch at the top but is even with it at the bottom. Also, we noticed that the refrigerator door does not close itself when given a slight push like our old refrigerator did. You guys kindly arranged for an appliance serviceman to look at the door for us and he was able to improve things a bit. With that said we like the refrigerator but are somewhat disappointed that the door issue was not able to be completely resolved.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator has failed in multiple areas in 15 weeks since installation. Inlet water solenoid faulty as delivered - no flow. Both freezer and refrigerator doors required replacement -- replacement freezer door arrived dented and electronics did not operate. When water solenoid replaced, water now overflows ice cube maker -- water flows thru ice container, down inside/outside of freezer door and onto kitchen flow. Multiple incidents. Ice cubes in container freeze into solid block, paddle stirring device cannot break cubes to dispense. Significant frost buildup inside freezer covering wall and all contents. Water freezes in cold water bladder. Doors misaligned - not adjustable. Overall an incredibly poor product. Have requested removal.
