[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Immediately after delivery, this refrigerator required 4 visits from the repair service to correct the leaking water dispenser and the ice dispenser that insisted on scattering ice all over the floor. It now seems to be functioning well, however. A nice looking unit, but it doesn't have great interior capacity. I use it as a secondary refrigerator, and it is fine for that or perhaps just a single household.
Pros: Design, easy to use
Cons: poorly manufactured water dispenser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the first month I had to have the water tube replaced because it froze up and the water couldn't flow to the dispenser. It is a design flaw. So far, the new one is working well. I like the freezer capacity and I like the LED lighting and drop-in design of the plastic holders on the doors. I'm not thrilled with the clunk of the ice cubes falling into the container in the freezer, but I wouldn't be surprised if that was common with many units. Although it is the same size on the outside as my previous unit, it holds more. and I like that. I was told that it has fewer service calls than other good quality brands and I hope that will be the case.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When water and/or ice dispensing fails, check the ice bin inside the freezer door. If the cubes have solidified into a mass, remove the bin, let it thaw, dump the ice, and return the bin to the door. Our ice and water dispensed fine after that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the interior of this appliance is large and well-laid out, the quality of the stainless steel exterior is dreadful. We miss the quality of the stainless on our Amana refrig. Disappointing. Fingerprints and streaks are ever-present. Stainless cleaner barely works. Also, this was the 2nd version of this unit we received. The first refrigerator had "pinched" corners and a crooked badge on the front. A "Friday" special? Quality control needs improvement!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this refrigerator for almost 2 months. Very impressed with the quality and the fit and finish. It has worked flawlessly so far. The ice maker makes ice very quickly and has not jammed at all. Some reviews say this frig is noisy and yes, because the ice is in the door, (which makes more shelf space in the freezer), you can hear the cubes fall into the ice bin but it isn't much louder than our old frig. The noises comming from the compressor and fans running are at least normal if not quieter than most other refrigerators I have heard. The inside is very nice, excellent lighting and pretty much space for a counter depth. Overall very happy with this purchase and would recommend this unit to anyone considering a counter depth refrigerator.
