[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shelves are not totally adjustable making storage difficult. Main problem is ice maker - only makes 8 cubes in 8 hours. Have had repair out 2xs to try and resolve this problem and have had noluck.
Pros: Design
Cons: shelves not adjustable, ice maker poor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrig inside lacks space. Lower shelves are very small due to components int he back taking up too much space. Poor design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new fridge is very roomy and our food is easy to access, side by side model. The fridge is quite roomy even though it is not as deep as our old model.
I do wish I could open the fridge door while dispensing water or ice. I guess I am used to doing two things at once.
We do not like the fact that our water is dispensed at room temp.
Pros: easy to use, Roomy interior
Cons: dispensed water is only room temp
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lots of Problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We originally purchased this refrigerator about 15 months ago and after MANY attempts to repair it the unit was replaced by the manufacturer. Most of the problems were related to the ice-maker but there were other issues as well. The new unit does appear to be performing better after the first 45 days of ownership. We bought a suite of KitchenAid products when we remodeled our kitchen and have also had problems with the stove/microwave and the cooktop. Overall, VERY disappointed in what we thought were high quality appliances.

Design Flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator new two and a half years ago and it has had problems since the first week. The ice maker is always jammed because there isn't enough insulation so some of it melts and blocks the dispenser. The wall between the freezer and fridge sweats on the fridge side because it also is not insulated enough. The fridge beeps at us occasionally because it thinks the door is open, and we have to open and close the door several times before it registers that it is closed. The butter door broke the first week because it catches on itself when you open it.

Look at layout closely before you buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this for about three weeks, and very frankly I wish I had taken a much better look at its layout before I bought it. The spacing of the shelves is ridiculous, and not really adjustable, so that there is a huge space you can't reduce, and then a tiny shelf, with literally just a couple of inches of height space, that is virtually useless. You can see it in the diagram. Take a GOOD look before you buy this. It works fine--but I am really unhappy with the layout, and I have no-one to blame but myself for not looking at it closely. I can't imagine how anyone with an even moderate size family can manage with this fridge.
