Ice maker problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great refrigerator except for the ice maker. The ice cubes freeze together in the bin and water drips down the lever onto the freezer face and floor.

Warm water

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I am generally satisfied except that I find the door water feature to dispense water too slowly and too warm. My LG refrigerator in my winter home is much better from this standpoint. As a result I avoid using this feature on the KitchenAid product. Also, I find the interior smaller than I thought .

Refrigerator is worst we have ever owned - multiple failed c

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Refrigerator has failed in multiple areas in 15 weeks since installation. Inlet water solenoid faulty as delivered - no flow. Both freezer and refrigerator doors required replacement -- replacement freezer door arrived dented and electronics did not operate. When water solenoid replaced, water now overflows ice cube maker -- water flows thru ice container, down inside/outside of freezer door and onto kitchen flow. Multiple incidents. Ice cubes in container freeze into solid block, paddle stirring device cannot break cubes to dispense. Significant frost buildup inside freezer covering wall and all contents. Water freezes in cold water bladder. Doors misaligned - not adjustable. Overall an incredibly poor product. Have requested removal.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A great refrigerator

The ice maker and cold water dispenser again are a perfect fit for our family. There is more than enough storage space in both the fridge and the freezer. It was a smart buy. We are very happy with our purchase.
