[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge is two weeks old and I do love the look and it works well. Ice maker flooded my floor 3 times and repairman just left. Auger motor was frozen solid with 1/2 inch of ice. Turns out the freezer door is not fully closing the door contact and causes malfunction. Very sad but Kitchen aid is getting it fixed. I still love it though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ice maker is not the greatest. We have had to replace the ice maker 3 times and it still makes all kind of noise when pitching out the ice from the ice maker. The sound is very loud. Ice does not make for 2-3 days. I am having to make ice in other trays for when I have company or making ice tea because I do not have enough ice. The design inside of the refrigerator, for instance the shelves need to be able to use anywhere. Some of the shelves can not be placed only in certain places. The motor of the refrigerator does not need to be inside of the refrigerator taking up space where shelving should be.
Pros: Convenient Features
Cons: ice maker does not make sufficient ice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the LED lighting. It has great food storage capacity for 23 cu. ft. The ice maker in the door can be a little noisy. It is very attractive both inside and out.
Pros: easy to use, Convenient Features, Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After owning it for 10 months it had it's first problem....ice forming behind the drawers in the refrigerator side and eventually this shut down the cooling system on both sides. I had the same problem 3 more times within a year!! Finally decided it was not repairable. Many technicians have told me the dual evaporator system just doesn't operate the way it was built!! Going back to the basic design...single evaporator system!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this trying to stay true to Made in the USA yet fit the space I had. The unit drawers are so small you can't get much inside. The capacity is a joke need to use second fridge. The ice maker is loud and at Max Ice barely makes 20 cubes. I regret this purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice style & performance. Digital features (ice, water dispenser, water filter) are a little tedious to figure out. I searched your website to purchase a new water filter & am unable to locate which one fits my refrigerator. I see that if I take out the filter to determine what stock # it is, I must reset the water dispenser - Ugh!
Pros: Design, nice style great performance., Performance
Cons: digital controls are difficult.
