Small but does the trick

I had the Samsung Galaxy S4 but wanted something smaller. This fits the bill. It is easy to hold and works like my Galaxy S4 just a smaller version.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: brightness

SAMSUNG GALAXY S4 MINI

I like my Samsung S4 mini. This is my second one, as my first ended up having overheating problems, among other things, and had to be replaced. It was under warranty and was replaced at no cost to me. The mini works well for me, as I have small hands and it's a better fit. I could see having a bigger model if I used it for games and videos a lot, but I don't. Otherwise, the screen is very clear and it also takes good pictures. Easy to learn and get around the screens.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight

Great Little Smart Phone

I have owned this phone for over 3 years. I no longer use it as a phone but I do still use it as a backup to my Google + account. I have it registered with Google so all my pictures I take on my current phone get backed up to my S4 mini. Also since it is now unlocked I can take it overseas and get sims cards in foreign countries and use it as a phone overseas. This phone has given me excellent service. I can also use it to surf the internet on WiFi.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, Inexpensive

had an iphone 4 and was ready for a change, thought the galaxy mini would be better than the iphone 5. so far I love the galaxy mini. all my family has galaxy devices too..

I have been happy with all my Samsung products. My S4 has served me well. It's hung on my large amount of contacts a few times, but for the most part, I can do everything I need to do for business and personal use. I email constantly, and have had no problems.

This phone is in no way am S4, other than design aspects. But with that said, that doesn't mean it's not a good phone. I got this phone for my aunt as her first smartphone, and boy was it a great choice. The size is perfect because it matched her old phones size, but was much thinner. Works great with Google music and for a lower end or "cheaper" phone, it's very snappy, and responses quick. Although most of the S4 features were stripped, it still has some features like the swipe left/right to call or message on contact lists, or the Smart Stay feature which keeps the display on when you're looking at it.
Overall, a great phone for smartphone beginners, but would recommend a more higher end phone if you're looking for a high resolution display, or faster processor.

Great phone at a great price. It really does have all the features of the larger models all packed into a smaller version. It fits wonderfully into pockets and is so light weight. The display is also fantastic and very bright even at the lowest setting. Calls also sound clear and the way notifications are displayed is convenient and nice.
