Just had to do a Hard Reset

Was happy with this phone for about four months. Then they put out a software update and my battery life was absolutely terrible. It was like that for probably another 4 or 5 months until the next software update which helped a little bit, but i was still not happy with the phone. For the last month or so the phone struggles to connect to the network & the keyboard does all sorts of funky stuff. Hopefully this hard reset will fix some of the problems. My next upgrade cant come soon enough.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This phone has been great. It runs very well and the price was to good to pass up.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight

I purchased this phone because I did not want the larger phone. The first thing I did not like was that there were all kinds of apps downloaded that I did not want and I could not get rid of them or even force stop them because the app could not be found anywhere to turn it off.
The second and worst thing was the reception. I was sitting next to 3 other Verizon users 2 of which has Samsung phones and I had no reception and they had full reception. Then when I got home I still had no reception where with my I Phone I had 3 bars. Battery charge would only last about 6 hours as it was constantly searching for service.
I returned this phone to where I bought it after a week.

Then when I got home I still had no reception where with my I Phone I had 3 bars. Battery charge would only last about 6 hours as it was constantly searching for service.

At first I really liked this phone. However within 6 months the battery went from lasting 24 to 36 hours to lasting only 16 hours. I have had it for a year and a half now and the battery only lasts 12 to 16 hours.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, short battery life

First Galaxy purchase

This was my first Galaxy "purchase" (phone was actually free w/2yr. contract) and I have got to say that I was not disappointed. Call quality is excellent. It's the perfect size in my opinion. In fact, I will wait till the Galaxy S6 Mini comes out before I consider a new phone.
