Good product all around. Does well with protecting the phone. I've dropped my phone multiple times and it still works great. The clips on the side also broke, but seeing as how it was still under the yr warranty, they replaced it for free. I didn't even have to send in my actual case. All I had to do was take a picture of it and send it to the company.
Pros: Durable
Cons: dust/fuzz gets under the screen.

I've been really happy with the protection this case has provided. A few days ago, someone accidentally dropped my phone out of the back of my pickup truck onto the pavement. Amazingly, the phone was completely unharmed. I have had a couple of issues with the case, though. The plastic clips that hold the two case halves together are very thin, and as a result, several of them have broken over time. I submitted a warranty claim, and within a week Otterbox shipped me a brand-new case (great customer service, by the way). Unfortunately, the replacement case has the same issue, and three of the seven clips have already broken again. The plastic front cover has a cut-out for the camera and speaker, and dirt and debris from my pocket tends to make its way in between the plastic cover and the phone, requiring frequent cleaning. This wouldn't be an issue if I used the provided belt clip instead of sticking the phone in my pocket. Overall, I've been very pleased with the case, and my only recommendations for improvement would be to strengthen the clips that hold the halves together and find some way to keep dirt from slipping behind the plastic cover.

Product offer great protection for my phone. I had an issue with the clips coming apart and they sent me a new one with hardly any questions asked. I have dropped my phone and spilled a small amount of liquid on it and my phone is still like brand new with no damage what so ever. Better than getting the insurance for the phone. I know I wont be spending hundreds on a new phone anytime soon. Worth every extra dollar for the case.

This is a great product. I had to return it within a year because the clips started breaking off (thus all the 4/5's above).
Customer service is actually service-oriented....not seen much these days. They backed up their warranty no question's asked. That is a breath of fresh air in these red-tape heavy days.

I have purchased the Otter Box for every phone I've had. I also bought one for my Kindle fire. I have left my phone on the hood of my car, (more than once) and since I didn't run it over it survived quite nicely. Believe me, it wouldn't have without the protection of the Otter Box! Eventually I had to replace one, and it couldn't have been easier..........and it was free! The representatives are great! Love the Otter Box!

My granddaughter was ten years old when we bought her otter box. Over time she used and abuse the phone to the point we had to replace the cover. If we didn't have otter box we would have had to replace the phone.

I got an Otterbox for my new Android phone back in February of this year at the time I purchased it. The case has been nothing short of what I expected it too be ! I had a small issue with several of the plastic clips on the side as well as ends of the case becoming damaged because of me taking the case apart to clean the screen of lint and debris that collects there. I notified Otterbox of my situation and all they needed was a couple of pics showing the damaged area and just like that my new case was on the way to me via Fed Ex !!! These people have a tremendous Customer Service base and are Grade A to do business with !!! Anyone not owning an Otterbox case to protect their investment simply does not realize how much at risk your cell phone are subject too every day but can rest assured that their investment will be protected in an Otterbox !!!
