This case is exceptional and rugged although there is one flaw with belt clip. The belt clip is fragile and breaks easily if caught on seat belt or anything at waste level. Be careful! This needs a better belt clip design. I have broke the clip and also the case housing. It is warrantied which is a necessity given its durability. This being said it takes some effort for warranty to be approved and some time to replace.
Pros: case is durable and rugged
Cons: belt clip is fragile

I have had 3 Otterbox's in the past 2 years and unfortunately the case holders get broken, but Otterbox has always replaced them without question. I would highly recommend them to anyone and can say for sure they stand by their word!!

Very good protection for phone, however i had the clip for the belt break several times, otter box replaced it after warranty was filled out within a week

If you want the most complete and durable protection available then the otter box is for you. The higher you chance of your phone receiving some sort of shock whether it be from falling, jostling or dirty environment the greater you need for protection and as far as I am concern Otter Box is number 1. The only Con is that sometimes you have to press the screen twice because the phone screen under the protective shield does not sense the touch, but this is not all the time. Still 5 stars.
Pros: High quality, Durable, entire phone is protected
Cons: screen cover is not as sensitive
