High Quality Taken One Step Further

I thought I had the ultimate case when I purchased an OtterBox Defender for my Droid RAZR. After receiving a Droid MAXX as a replacement for my defective phone, I immediately ordered the Defender for it. The phone protection was again great, but this one was easier to put on my phone. There are cases out there for less money, but none worth risking damage to my phone just to save some money. OtterBox is my go-to phone case!!
Pros: Durable, High quality, improved ease of assembling
Cons: none!

First time I've ever purchased a protective case. This thing has animal strength and I don't know how you could hurt it, unless possibly by driving an 18 wheeler over it. It was easy to assemble and certainly lived up to the normal hype you see in advertising and then some. Otterbox will be my choice of products for protection in any future purchase.

It was and is everything I was told it was, and for very good reason. I was on my Case Bulldozer, and dropped the phone while answering a call. I had just stopped, and bounced off my right track, and into the slightly muddy dirt. I hopped of my dozer, found the phone in the moist soil about 2 inches into the muck. I carefully wiped it off, and it was fine! I later took the case off that night, and cleaned it better, but it was like new with a tiny scuff mark on it that only I notice.
It saved a $400.00 phone!

Several of my user have returned their cases as broken because the clip keeps breaking. it takes 2-3 weeks to get a replacement case from Otterbox. These are my Emergency Response staff so they are in need of case protections.
If the clip could be more durable, it would be a great case.
Cons: Not durable

This is the second case/holder I have had in as many months since purchased. The first holder snapped when I was getting out of my car when it barely caught on a seat. Something which other cases have fared and never even came off. Guess what happened to the second??? You got it, broke getting out of the car. It has an apparent flaw at the swivel that when pressured forward/outward instead of back against the phone, it snaps like a twig. I haven't submitted another claim on it because honestly not sure if I want the same one again.
Pros: great protection
Cons: Low quality, Not durable, design issue at swivel

"Handsome is as handsome does." My Otterbox isn't stylish or beautiful to the eye---but my phone is protected from being dropped, the screen is un-scratchable, and it's one of the best purchases I have ever made. Phones cost too much to be poorly cared for, and my Otterbox does the job. Thank you!

I have had Otter cases before, and for every case I bought I had 2-3 new cases because the belt clips break off. You should either redesign the clip or make it a replaceable part. Other than that, I love my Otter case.
