A truly amazing case!

We just purchased 2 of these cases - one in black and one in glacier - and couldn't be happier! I was a bit hesitant given some of the reviews/negative comments about the built-in screen protector, but we have no complaints whatsoever. The cases fit perfectly and the screen protector does not interfere at all with the touch screen or use of the device. The glacier color is actually darker than it appears online which I was pleased about (I thought it may be too light and show dirt too easily). I would absolutely recommend this case. The customer service from Otterbox has also been so impressive...seriously, some of the nicest folks I've done business with in a long time.

Cons: more color choices would be nice

I like the rubbery feel and the solid feel. I can always get a good grip on my phone with this case. Whatever kind of rubber it is needs to stay the same. Laying your phone somewhere and knowing it wont slip and if it does it wont brake is a good feeling. Also it has a sleek look. Otter is definitely a cut above the rest. Also i recently returned my case and they treated me very well. I would recommend the otter to anyone.

To start out with, the best feature of this product is the customer service! they do not hesitate to replace your product if something breaks. As far as the quality, it seems very good.

I have utilized phones and cases in some form for almost 16 years now, and I can say they have made some major advancements. The otterbox case is the only case that not only compliments the phone but truly provides excellent protection. I am also very pleased with their customer service and return policy. Just a few days after having it my daughter ran up and gave me a hug when I got home, hitting the case clipped to my belt. She must have caught it just right because the clip came off. Otterbox had a new case in my hands within a couple of days.
