I was disappointed in how the box fit my phone. I was not able to press the power button with the case installed as it was sloppy. I thought that I might have ordered the wrong unit but as far as I can tell, it is the correct model.
Pros: Durable
Cons: poor fit not usable

I have had this Defender case for a month and I can't tell you how pleased with this case. Fit and finish is perfect in every way. It's not too bulky and adds a nice feel to the device. It inspires confidence when I use the phone in less than perfect conditions like up on a ladder where I could drop the phone. And Otterbox has the best customer service ever. I have had a problem with a former case and I received a new one within a weeks time. Thanks again for such a fantastic product.

I am a construction contractor and my phone is subject to ABUSE and drops. My first OtterBox was for a BlackBerry Q10 with so many software issues that the phone was replaced after 4 months, but the OtterBox kept it pristine and the cell carrier could not believe the phone inside that case was abused! So, the only way to go for my Droid MAXX was the OtterBox. Just one small issue - it is very hard to swipe all the way to the edge of the screen. My finger encounters the edge of the Otterbox before the full swipe can be made. A last little push to the edge is needed.
I love the OtterBox.

If your trying to find the case that will protect your smart phone then this is it. I broke the clip the first week I bought this product and called customer service had a replacement within 3 days. just wished my case came in camo :(
