Hard to unsnap case. One case is dissambled case has very poor fitment afterwards. Screen protector has poor clarity and has glare. Also does not lay flat and makes screen interface hard to manipulate especially at bottom with home keys; also hard to swipe or copy text at edge of screen.. Also when forcing case open screen protector is likely to bend / crease contributing to poor figment. Also screen protector at top is not cut properly. Cut outs are provisioned for speaker and for light sensor ;front facing camera is covered making pictures /video hazy. As for rubber case ; buttons are hard to press ; rubber closeout flaps get in the way and require quick hands or two hands to plug in charger or 3.5mm aux. Have found no design deficiency in hard case.

This is my 2nd Otter protection case. I liked my 1st one so much I bought one for my wife's phone too. So that is 3 cases in 3 years. I like our new cases because this one has the screen clear shield for the face of the phone. Also the case has a no-slip covering. I can lay it on my car seat or dash and it will not slide all over the place. The case gives a much better sense of feel in my hand vs just the phone.
