Good quality product. Built to take it. After a few months clip cracked at pivot point. (I am rough on them). Contacted warranty Dept. on-line. Simple process, send a picture of damaged case and they sent new, no questions asked. Best part was it was in my mailbox in only a couple of days. Outstanding customer service. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!

I absolutely love my OTTER Defender
Almost exactly on the one-year warranty I dropped my OTTER and quickly grabbed it but in the process I banged it against my cars door frame. The only piece to break was the plastic nub on the clip. I followed the directions on the OTTER webpage to return it, believing I was over he warranty period (which they confirmed) I didn't think it would be replaced free of charge - BUT IT WAS ! Great customer service over the phone, easy to follow directions on the webpage and it arrived in less than six days. What more could you ask for. I will definitely recommend this product and company to friends and family.

I think it is a great product to protect your phone, I understand it needs to be the size it is to do that, but I dislike like it for those reasons. I would not have one on my personnel phone but since I have a company phone and that's what they want who am I to argue a free phone is a great phone as a free otter is a great otter

Not sure if this is normal....but I bought this case for my daughter and with in the first two weeks the rubberized back began to peel. I sent in the warranty claim and the Otters came through! But...with in a week the new one began to peel again. I know I can file another claim but I done want to go through this over and over again. Kind of feels like a waste of money.
