I commute to Manhattan everyday by train. I have the ottorbox with the hip holster, which is the most convenient and useful for me. My phone has tumbled and bounced and flipped and was even accidentally drop kicked by myself under a moving bus as I was stepping off a curb. Fortunately the bus didn't crush it with the tires because even the ottorbox couldn't have protected my phone from that, but all the scuffs and nicks to the case aside, that phone just keeps working. I have absolutely no fear of dropping the phone.
Pros: High quality, Durable, convenient hip holster
Cons: the holster now only comes with the case.

i just want to say that i love my otter box. but most of all, the customer service i received when my case broke and i sent in for replacement. i have never received better customer service and warranty than i received from otter box. i have told everyone how good the service was. i will always have a otter box because of the customer service i received. i also went and bought another one for my daughter's phone.

I am very pleased with my Otter Box. It has great protection features. I do have one complaint; the inner layer is very hard to open to remove the phone. I have already chipped the clips on the sides, but the corners have been very durable.

It is the best at protecting your phone Another great thing is this company has a great warranty and customer service!
But the cons are that it is bulky. My Motorola Maxx is a slim little phone until you put it in this case and then it becomes bulky...then if you use the belt clip rig....add some more bulk.
