The otter box is great. The holster not so much. It breaks at the clip for the belt hinge. Maybe a solid plastic loop so the belt can go through it?

My otterbox has proven to be dependable and well constructed. I have dropped my droid phone a couple of times with no damage, which I attribute to the case. I am on my second one because the clip that holds it to your belt broke on the first one. My only complaints are the clip works too well. When I have it attached to my belt and I want to take the whole Otterbox off, it is VERY hard to do. The only other problem I have had is the phone has fallen out of the outer holder 3x in the past few months. It could be a little tighter when putting both parts together. But, overall, the box it good.
Pros: Durable

The Otterbox case makes the phone easier to hold, protects the screen and defineately prevents breakage if dropped. This is the third one I have gad and would not look at another brand.

With the prices of cell phone you need to add a little protection so that they last. Have had one for my for my last 3 cell phone will have one for my next 3 phones. Last week a slammed my phone in the car door with the otter box on it.
Most phones would have broke. With the Otter box nothing happened to it. Worked great.

This is a great product that truly lives up to its name, "defender". It has protected my phone a few times when I've dropped it on hard surfaces.
In addition, customer service is great and warranty claims are easy to handle. Recently, my case became discolored (not from being dropped). I contacted OtterBox, explained my issue and was promptly assigned a case number, provided the information as to what I needed and how to file my claim. I was kept apprised of the status of my claim at all times. No hassles and within two weeks I had my replacement case.
Once again, thank you OtterBox.

Perfect fit, high quality durable and yet workable in most all applications. Great for being outside in the rain and weather. Does not obstruct the camera, microphone, or speaker on Motorola Droid Max. Customer service is second to none. I have owned mine for three months now and used it to protect my phone during photographing wild birds in the rains of the northwest. I only have one thing that might concern. Wireless QI battery chargers do not work due to the thickness of the case on the battery side of the phone. USB chargers are faster anyway so I don't consider this a con. A great product from a great company! Thanks Otterbox!!
