Awesome product!!! I wish it were waterproof as I work outdoors and around water landscaping. Water proofing the case would be the ABSOLUTE BOOM on the bomb!!! Otherwise no other faults with the OTTERBOX.

When I put it on, it was really hard to type with the built in screen protector. I missed a lot of letters when i was typing, then when I tried to take the case off, I couldnt get it off. I tried peeling it off until my fingertips bled and still couldnt get it off!!!
Pros: Durable
Cons: can't get the case off, screen protector is bad
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is an excellent product, can't believe how well it is built and how snuggly it fits. The only small drawback I would mention is how difficult it is to remove the phone from the case. I had to resort to Youtube to find out how to get the phone out without breaking the case. Would be helpful to add this info in the packaging. Really impressed with the delivery service. I received my case in less than a week in Australia and was able to track the parcel all the way. Only limited stock is available in store here in Australia, but would recommend purchasing over the internet to everyone.

So far the case has done what it should, being new one would hope for that. The previous two cases I have had broke in the exact same place and was the cause for my phone to fail. This understandably happens but is it worth the money?
I must give the customer service team kudos as the did a fantastic job at sending a replacement.
Pros: it fit the phone
Cons: Not durable

Overall, this is a great case. If you are looking for complete protection, then this is it. All buttons (volume and phone lock) are easy to use through the case. The charging and headphone ports have covers which is ideal. My only complaint is that this series does not have many color combinations.
