I love this product it's tough and does as advertised. I only have one problem with this product and that problem is that when I bought the product it came with one design/production flaw. The head phone port in the case is on the opposite side of the head phone jack on the phone. This makes it to where I have to open the flap to insert my head phones instead of utilizing the head phone port in the case.
Pros: High quality, Durable
Cons: design flaws

Unfortunately after having this case for only about 2 weeks I have taken it off and am currently looking for a new case. The problem I have found with this case is that when my hands get wet and/or sweaty or if I use my phone when my face is sweaty then moisture easy gets trapped between the case screen and the phone screen. When this happens the moisture that is trapped does not allow the buttons to function properly. I have to take the case apart and dry it out before I can use it again. In the past few weeks I have had to take off the case multiple times until the other day when I finally took it off for the last time.
Cons: allows moisture inside the case easily

Very Disappointed in this purchase. Any time I sweat or there is a little rain the case leaks water between the case and screen and the phone can not be used without taking it out of the case.
Very disapointed in this product. Tried to call customer service and they replaced it with the same product which does no good and then refused to give me a refund for any of it.
Cons: not water resistant
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

over all case is very durable phone fits in it perfect. the biggest problem i am finding is that it is very hard to use the phone features that are either on very top or bottom of phone. seems the outer shell is a little to big and rugged to use them .

I got this mainly to keep my sweaty hands from messing up my new phone.
For some odd reason, I on occasion, have excessively sweaty hands hours on end. Even with the holes the case does have it gets the job done.

It does protect the phone but makes it hard around the edges with the touch screen. Hard to pull down the menu with notifications and slide screen side to side. Extremely hard get the cover off when little pieces of dirt get under screen to clean them away. I would rather spend less money for something similar.

Phone case is excellent however the carrier needs

They designed a over hang on one side of the carrier latches and it needs to be removed . It causes the phone to hang in the carrier and can cause the user to break the belt latch. Another thing the position of the phone causes the user to activate the power on and off option and volume control while trying to remove the phone from the carried. It needs redesigned.
