Absolutely love this product-- purchase 3 in total in each of the colours. 2 are for my sons and the lily one is for me. Solid and durable. Clip case is a nice feature to secure it into a jacket or purse. Definitely would recommend this as a purchase. ... just took the full 2 weeks to reach me. Was totally expecting it to arrive sooner.

This case was ordered to replace a Commuter series case that just didn't fit the bill for me. As usual Otterbox delivers outstanding protection! Love the case with the exception of the screen protector which makes operating the touchscreen a tad bit tricky. However, I'm quickly learning to adapt. It the price I'd rather pay for the protection offered by this case. This is one of many Otterbox cases I've owned. Otterbox is my "go to" for cell phone cases.
Pros: Durable
Cons: screen protector interference

Is worthy of it's name. My Moto X is wonderfully slim, but consequently a bit hard to hang on to. The Defender makes it nicely beefy and secure in my hand. I have still managed to drop it a couple of times, once really spinning it across cement. The case is barely marked, the phone not affected.
I purchased the gray and brt. green model, and not being used to it on my belt, caught the holster on too many doors, chairs and the like. The pivot point of the holster lost out to my greater mass, and broke. The warranty claim was easy and handled quickly by the efficient Otters. I received a black Defender as replacement, which is fine, I only needed the holster. I feel the case is quite bulletproof.
On rare occasions the phone will miss my touch near the edge of the screen. I don't really fault Otterbox's choice of clear screen protector, it is tough! It is probably more a function of the narrow bezels and wide screen of the Moto, and my fat fingers.
Pros: protects against shock abrasion dust
Cons: holster pivot point could be tougher

I have been an Otterbox fan for years and recently purchased a Motto X phone and the Defender. Your cases have protected my phones responding to tornados, hurricanes and multiple exercise deployments.
The case is great as expected but the holster is awkward. I have a hard time getting the phone in/out and have snagged it a few times because it is so big and sticks out in the 4 corners.
Suggestion - trim the holster down like the all the other ones you sell. Round the corners and put a single clip in the middle. I will continue to be a loyal customer for a great product.
Pros: High quality, Durable
Cons: huge holster

The first one I ordered came in with two HUGE surface scratches. I expressed my upsetness via twitter (I fussed) and to my surprise their social media customer service (which I didnt know they had) had gotten in touch with me that day! In three days or so they had shipped my replacement for free. :)
These cases are amazing. I recommend for everyone. They protect from every drop and bang.

This Defender model fits the phone very well without adding alot of bulk. Sure it does not have the same feel when the phone is bare, but it still has the nice curved back to fit your hand. Although I have not had a drop to test the protection, I can tell it has definitely ruggedized this phone for me. Well done Otter!
