I work in construction in some crazy environments. I drop my phone regularly and this case has saved my phone more times than I can honestly count. Not to mention the new case they sent me when I dropped my phone out of a tractor trailer truck and the corner broke on the holder. this product is the best. The customer service was top notch!

I have purchase 2 Motorola defenders and i am very happy i did one was for me and the other one was for my son we both are very hard on phones and with out protectors on our phones they don't last long how ever with the Otterbox defenders our phones look new and we have had them for a year now normally our screens are cracked and the rest of the phone's are scratched so badly you would never know that they where phones thank you otterbox for the amazing product

This is the second otter box I have owned only because I bought a different phone. I wanted to have an otter box for my second phone because of how ell my first phone was protected. You see I literally ran my first phone over with a tractor and the otter box saved it, I picked it up off the road and the only damage there was a scratch on the corner of the phone because the case did come apart. Seeing how well my phone was protected convinced me to buy another for my new phone a year later and the second case is protecting it just as well.

The most impressive aspect of my Otter Defender, was the great fit, for both the case and the snap in, clip on, carrier. The protective clear film is also functional, except for the extreme edges, left and right. This can be remedied by turning the phone 90 degrees and changing the keyboard layout. The one complaint I have, is that the top earphone access has the jack hole on the wrong side. So when using that function, you must open it, rather than simply plug it in, like it was intended to be designed. I did quite a bit of research on cases and found many types and prices, but none with the fit and quality of the Otter. Obviously there are cheaper cases, but if you truly value your phone, this case is the way to go!

Otter Box on Moto X

I recently lost my phone while pushing snow with a tractor. Found the phone two weeks later durring a warm up. The phone was protected and works fine. The problem is that the holster does not work well. The phone has fallen off my belt several times in the last year but I have always been able to find it. Would like to see a chain option that more securely attaches to a belt loop or belt. The clip cannot be trusted.
