Not the greatest fan of this phone. One bonus whas the amount of storage. But they should have put a bigger camera in this one. So many people use their phones as their cameras that the 3.0 megapixel isn't enough. I went from a 5.0 to a 3.0 and hated it if you are thinking of upgrading and never use your camera and a re willing to be charged to use other services on your phone this is the one for you. If you are a mother or anyone who uses their phone for everything in your life, you may want to rethink this purchase!

Cons: Not high def, Did not meet expectations, camera is only 3.0 megapixel

Although I am not totally stoked by T-Mobils Service, I have had this phone with other carriers and it has always performed wonderfully. It is always lightning fast with apps, and is a great value for the dollar.

No zoom on the Camera really!!! What year is this? My battery dies in the middle of the day, I hate this phone. It was a gift, I would have never purchased it.

Worst Phone Ever!! What a nightmare!! Literally!!!

After nearly 40 hours on the phone with T-Mobile and probably 15 customer service and tech reps, and countless hours on the phone with Road Runner and Go Daddy all tolled (No exaggeration!) I was unable to setup my email accounts with the exception of a very poor workaround app for my personal email address that did not perform well at all. I was never able to setup my Go Daddy business email account even with a workaround app! That was the key reason for the change to this “SMART PHONE” as explained to T-Mobile when accepting this toy. The keyboard is less than convenient or user-friendly, unless you have the fingers of a five year old. The phone does not navigate well from one step to the next at all. To make matters worse, I gave up on getting this phone setup because it was not possible to get emails downloaded. T-Mobile refused to take the phone back because it was 28 days from the time I received it. I was not within the 20 day window timeframe even though I was on vacation for two weeks. I was told by at least ten reps that there was nothing they could do and that I must still commit to the 2 year agreement I signed on for and keep this phone or purchase a different phone at full price. I was rewarded this very poor treatment after being a loyal customer of theirs for about 8 years. I simply asked for a phone that would work. Finally after not giving up and calling for five days straight and continuously asking to speak to the manager’s manager I got through to management and was elevated to someone that agreed to let me upgrade my phone to a Blackberry at a discounted price. I have NEVER EVER experienced anything this bad in my life. What a nightmare!! Literally!!! Forget this phone unless you are a kid that wants to play games! Do not even consider this phone for business use. I could go on and on about that but have spent way too much time on this as it is!
