The unit has very good features

I have purchased GE products all my life and had very good results, but there has to be something wrong with this product. The clock doesn't work, and every once in a while you push a button and the unit will start running on HI and the only way you can stop it is to unplug the unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I replaced my old GE profile Microwave with this new one. Was concerned about it looking and performing as well as the old one. I am pleased it is a perfect replacement, only negative is GE no longer offers the "auto timer" night light feature...bummer

Excellent operation,quite,good underside lighting. Outside vent was not included .However ,a call to GE resulted in shipment ,UPS two working days. Pop corn is really good.!!

This microwave has great space inside which allows for larger bowls or casserole dishes. It heats evenly and thoroughly. The quick start feature is nice. The microwave is easy to use and clean.
