We have had the microwave for about 6 weeks. It is a bit loud, and doesn't get things as hot as quickly as our previous microwave, but overall is a good product.

Good for a cheap microwave

The only problem I have with this unit is that it is only 950 watts. My last microwave was 1100-1200 watts so it cooked much faster. I enjoy the add 30 seconds button and I feel like the key pad is well thought out.
