Issues!!

Works fine. Good installation. The door is strangely oversized...hangs below bottom of unit, and the bottom of the door seems loose. I wish I could get a different door on the thing!

Replacement microwave

The oven was a replacement for a 2002 model. Very disappointed that bracket and mounting holes did not line up with previous model. Design goals should include compatibility with previous products.

Does Not Heat Properly

Microwave came with brand new home. It never heated properly. The repairman never showed up on our first appointment. On the 2nd appointment, he did not have the magnetitron needed. On 3rd visit he repaired the unit, however it still does not heat properly. We will need to call again and make another attempt to get this appliance working properly. BTW, the unit is not yet 6 npmonths old.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This microwave was put in our new home. It is very loud and difficult to shut without slamming it.
