I bought this a week or so ago and find its the best microwave I've owned. Features are easy to use and overall it's the quietest one I've owned. Highly recommend.

Just accepted what the builder offered. Today the microwave started making noises. I was only using it to warm up something for 10 seconds.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor performer. Came with our new house.

It's a poor performer. It came installed in our new house. I have to add 10% extra time to every thing I cook in it. The cheap counter top microwave I use at work heats things better. I hate the express cook keypad. Just let me type in the exact time I want and then hit start! Most frozen stuff needs cooked for a time that's not an exact minute. The metal trim is attractive and the inside is big. I just wish it actually was actually good at cooking things.
