I just purchased the Pixma 3522 unpacked it then followed the setup instructions to the T. I set it up over the wireless setup.
first I loaded the CD then went step by step. from start to printing first page it took 45 minutes. printed from laptop first over the wireless router. Then printed with the airprint 1st. Iphone two different iphones then the Ipad. All printed first time around. i can't help but take my hat off to Canon, for i must say my experience with this printer left me very happy.

I purchased the PIXMA MG3520 to replace an aging printer that used way too much expensive ink. Thus far I have been very satisfied with the results and the quality of printing Canon provides.

This is a great printer, especially for the price! Although i had a problem getting it hooked up through my Wi-Fi Canon's customer service was wonderful in solving it.
The black texts are dark and clear with fine crisp lines and the colors are true and bright with no streaks or fades in solid areas.
For the home office on a budget this is the way to go!

Love this scanner/printer. It scans in true color and prints. It was ready to follow the instructions for connecting to wi-fi.

Complicated

Finally after re-installing the hardware 3 times it started working for me, if it started on the 3rd try then it was probably my fault for the first 2. A new USB cable in the box would have been good since my old on is 14 years old, the life of my last printer. Good print quality to top it off, Longevity is to be seen. My ratings are good because it will serve the cause.

Best value printer!

The MG3520 is an awesome value. Has AirPrint (iOS devices) AND google cloud print capabilities without needing to be networked into a dedicated computer.
Super easy to set up, I was really impressed. It also has an impressive wifi range -- my iPads sometimes can't get a wifi signal in my home office (home office on the 4th level of the house, wifi router in the very lowest 2nd basement), but the printer shows a strong signal reception.
The only thing I'd recommend is NOT taking the update on the printer's remote ui (printer came with version 1.051, I think update is v1.09), I didn't notice any new features or anything different really but I had to do all my settings all over again with AirPrint and CloudPrint
