Unreliable Printer!
on August 5, 2014

A very disappointing experience with this purchase! I realized that I wasn't buying a printer with a lot of bells and whistles - I just needed a reliable piece of equipment. After a week, it wouldn't even power on regularly! It was so intermittent that I gave up and returned it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Difficult to setup and prints sometime. Prints from phone once then stops working. Never buy another.
Cons: Difficult Setup, unreliable

Very disappointed

I want to start off with saying that this is only getting one star because you're required to give it at least one. I bought this printer about three months ago now. When I first got it, it printed great and worked just fine. After about a month of not needing to print something, I went to go use it again and now it just shoots out a blank piece of paper and starts an error message. I've tried all of the things it's told me to fix it and it still continues with the same problem. I'm getting rid of this and buying a new printer and it definitely will not be a Canon.

You Get What You Pay For

If you want a hassle free installation that will use the WiFi system that is advertised you're gonna be very disappointed. Worked for hours to get the printer to print on WiFi. No success. Finally put a usb cable on it and it works fine. The WiFi part of this is really lame. That's why I can't recommend this more that one star.

Will not feed

Apparently I can't say what brand this replaced. Well okay I will shorten my review. This printer will not feed. I have to put 1 sheet of paper in the tray at a time, wait for it to try to take the paper, then manually push the paper in. Not acceptable! Don't buy it.

Printer is very good. The only problem is sometimes it doesn't want to pick up the paper and says " out of paper" but I've had this problem with every printer I have purchased. Other then that; the printing is of excellent quality and easy to use.

M ost discombobulated printer I ever had

Since I didn't pay much for this printer, I assumed it would be easy to operate, and it is, however the software for the "GARDEN" and all the extra junk is just befuddling and a waste of space. I tried to print one of my photos in a calendar and of course the calender printed but the photo didn't. I then tried to print the photo and it was one of the worst print job I have ever seen. I hope that the process becomes better as I become more efficient, however I wasn't planning to be an artist. Hopefully documents will be clear and clean.

Convenient yet inconvenient
on February 15, 2015

It takes forever to start up, but once it starts printing it is fast. Be sure never to change any wi-fi names or your router because it will be a never ending hassle trying to set it up especially because when I purchased it I didn't even get a USB cord to set it up with. Which is the only other way to set up the printer if your having trouble connecting it through wi-fi only. Not to mention you have to set up the printer while it's literally next to the router then you can move it anywhere in the home. Convenient yet somehow inconvenient.
