wireless works

There is a problem with lack of good instruction in what they give you especially if you are a mac user. The key is when you install with WPS after you follow the instructions, the access button they are referring to is on your router not the printer. You have to hold ( they don't tell you how long) the WPS button on your router once you activate your bluetooth signal. After that my mac, and iPhone picked up the printer. Pretty cool- the printer prints double sided pages I did not know it had that function. For the price I could not be happier. It would be nice if canon placed a better effort in the instructions for all us novices out there.

Disappointed

Was happy with my Canon printer until I had to do a job that required multiple pages. The paper sticks continuously, so much that one day all 25 sheets went in at the same time and got so stuck that they had to replace my printer.
Very unhappy.

I have had NOTHING but problems with this printer and have spent countless hours trying to get it to work. Grrrr, Thought it was working and go back a few days later and you guessed it, won't print right. I am going back to a HP

Seriously, why i scanning so impossible?

Don't buy this thing. You will be much happier spending more money on a better model. This thing prints successfully 75% of the time, scans successfully wirelessly 10% of the time. It was scanning for me via USB about 50% of the time, but currently I am completely unable to get it to work. It's like taking crazy pills. I run through the exact same diagnostic steps to see why it's not working and to force it to work. Sometimes those steps work. Sometimes they don't. There is no rhyme or reason to it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Printer always disconnects from the WifI signal and the router is in the same room.

Finally a working printer

After going through two printers having similar problems I finally decided on the Canon. So far so good. The ease of setup was impressive. Not a bulky one like my last ones.

Worst Printer I've Ever Had

This printer is awful, hands down. The paper will rarely feed properly, and it jams a lot once it does. Would not recommend purchasing. Larger PIXMA printers work better.

Can't Print If it Doesn't Power up

The printer operated fine on the day of purchase. Tried to power up the printer two days later without success. Troubleshooting did not produce any results so I'm returning the product.
I will not replace with the same product and would urge others to consider the poor quality when researching this printer.
Cons: unreliable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
