Seemed great when I first got it. Paper jam wadded up and i cleared it from the rear using.instructions provided in the manual. Did not force it at all. Changed the print cartridges and now it won't print straight at all. I did all the things I was told to do. I aligned the cartridges and followed all the steps. I've only had it a couple of months. Luckily it was cheap so I don't mind tossing it but no more Canon products for me.

Horrible Setup Procedure

This is the most ridiculous printer to setup. I have it running on 2 macs and one iPhone and CANNOT get my Windows 7 computer to find it over the network, this software is terrible!!!

Quality printing, easy scanning and copying...but

The Pixma MG3520 has been a great addition to my office. Printing is faster, and at the time a lot of my printing is for my own studying and research, so saving paper is important to me. Witch is why one of my favorite features for this printer is the auto duplicate(two sided) printing. It works great and I have not had any problems! No more standing there and manually having to flip the pages as its printing. Pictures come out nice. Copying is also fast, color or black and white. Overall smooth operation with all it's features! As a side note it would be nice if Cannon had an app for printing from Windows OS phones/tablet, printing from the IPhone and android tablet is very nice!

Worked for 4 Months

Paper feed problem started into 4th month. Cannot get it to stop pulling from the sheet corner. Paper comes out w/a fold and ink blob. Totally frustrating and not dependable. s/n HAAK25594

don't buy if you want to print photos

The printing quality is awful, colors fade and every picture has lines across it, after trying multiple times to adjust settings. Only use it to print text documents and nothing else.

Have always been a big fan of Cannon in the past, but the MG3520 wi-fi connecttion dose not work. Very complicated set up and directions. Very frustrating spent most of the night working with, but just decided to pack it up and return it. Will diffidently try another brand tomorrow.

I've had this printer for several months and use it daily. I am more that satisfied with its performance and quality of printing. I would recommend it anyone wanting a small, inexpensive, quality printer. Bought the service plan. Don't thing I will need to use it,
Pros: reliable, Compact Design, Easy Setup, durable, Low Ink Consumption, Lightweight/Portable, easy to use
I would recommend this to a friend!
