I just installed it today and with the help of Brain on chatline, it appears to be working fine. Installation was not too bad.

We bought this about a month ago and it was very easy to set up. The picture quality surprised me that it is so clear. The instructions were very clear and you could understand them. So happy we went with the Defender set up.

I bought this a few weeks ago and I am glad I did. Easy set up, works great with the smart phone for viewing when away from home. You won't be disappointed.

Great Picture (When it Works)

Product seemed good until the poor quality power supplies and wires caused the night vision to not function properly. Additionally, the DVR sporadically reboots itself, and occasionally stops recording. Customer service has been very helpful in resolving these issues so far. If you want a trouble-free install, I would not recommend this product.
