Night vision quality is a little low. But compares with other ones.

First and foremost, Suzanne in Customer Service was wonderful. She took the time needed to get my system set up properly. I was having issues with getting the email notification to work. It took a short amount of time, and it was all set. She stayed with me while we did the cell phone set up as well. I can't say enough good things about Defender Security Systems. The picture from the camera is actually better than I had hoped for. The system has settings that allow you to customize each camera the way you want it. I gave the system as a whole 5 stars, and 4 stars on the Ease of Use because of the process you need to go through to set up internet email. I couldn't do it, but with the help of Suzanne, we got it done. I am very happy with this system, and would recommend it to anybody that is in the market for a top quality, reasonably priced camera security system.

Upgraded from a 4 ch system to this model to cover our new expanded warehouse. Great unit, can not complain. Easy to install, easy to use.

I purchased this product from walmart roughly 6 months ago installation was a breeze simple plug and play the cameras are very clear no problems with blurr or static look on the screen. Also the online customer service was phenomenal all the thanks going to Vanessa on the live chat for clearing up any issues and fixing whatever problem I had. If your looking for a great trouble free security system look at these defender sentinel cameras they are outstanding

Purchased system to keep an eye on my property. Seems to work good. Picture quality is good as any so it seems. Don't expect to recognize faces, or see license plate numbers. The wide range view doesn't focus like you would think to see small details , But overall it's a good picture. Definitely worth the price. I haven't tried remote viewing yet.
