These security cams are the bomb! I had trouble connecting them to my internet and called...was a long wait on hold but so worth it, they know their business I was up and running in a matter of minutes..don't hesitate call..ask for Michele(male) smart smart guy!

I Bought This System About 5 Weeks Ago. Got It Hooked Up Three Weeks Ago. So Far It Is Working Fine--Better Than I Expected. Have Not Hooked It To The Internet Yet But I Am Sure It Will Work Fine--If Not The Reviews Say That Defender Is Very Good At Making Things Right!. The Price Was Great.

The support led me to install the Ports and he was very patient with me and Renzo. It worked out to the letter so we are very pleased with the support tech Michel.
The cameras are so clear even at night so I may want to order one more camera at a later date.

Purchased 3 weeks ago and due to the wet weather only have one fully installed and the other 3 partially installed. So far I'm very satisfied with the system. We live in a very rural area, but problems do occur. We'll be ready!

I want to say that this has been exactly what i was looking for in a security camera system. Most of all, getting the TECH SUPPORT for the online and network viewing was phenomenal. The tech support guy was MICHEL, he was excellent. Just want to say thanks.
