Piece of Mind!!

I boiught this about a month ago after we were robbed. I had not been able to sleep well since the incident. I bought the Defender and hooked it up and now I can sleep since it will let me see what is going on at any time at my business. It was easy to set up and seems to be very good quality.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I could not be more pleased. The new QR setup is so easy to do. The Defender selection and pricing is great but the customer service is beyond comparison. Michel is the best tech., customer service person I have ever dealt with.

I just installed it today and with the help of Brain on chatline, it appears to be working fine. Installation was not too bad.

Great kit, couldn't be happier

I purchased this setup to update a 4CH Defender system I bought around 4 years ago. Both the build and video quality of the new cameras is fantastic and setup was a breeze based on my experience with the previous system. The new cameras have noticeably better color and the updated GUI for both the app and DVR is great to work with. I've setup remote viewing to access the live feed from my phone and any PC via the web browser. Saving off still images and video clips is easier than the previous kit I had, and I tend to remote in frequently just to see what's going on around the house.
I still have a few more of the cameras to set up, and received the free 16CH upgrade, so I have room to grow. One look at my system was all it took to talk a friend into purchasing the same system. Thanks for a great product that is easy to set up and use.

Makes me feel safe

Bought it last November (2015). Good resolution, easy setup, great product. The only thing that is frustrating is that the motion detection is kind of annoying because it detects every bug, fly, birds when they fly in front of the camera (even though I set the sensitivity to the lowest setting) and keep getting emails because I have set motion alarm. So I get hundreds of emails every day so I had to turn the motion alarm off eventually. Otherwise I love the cameras and the futures. It makes me and my family feel safe.
