Great System and Great Tech Support

I bought system about a week ago, setup and internal networking was super easy. External networking and Port Forwarding was a pain because of my ISP, Defenders Instructions are cogent and easy to follow but I spent (wasted) an hour plus with an overseas Century Link agent who was pleasant but ignorant to Port Forwarding. At about 5PM I created a help ticket with Defender. The next morning I received a call from Michel, he was concerned and armed with knowledge. To sum up... we were on the phone < 10 min, and all good. Use Defenders QR code setup via ClearVu and enjoy. Thank you Michel!!

Bought system about two weeks ago. Have been so busy have only been able to set up one camera. Instructions were great. Picture is great.

Love this system

Had the 8 channel system for about 6 months ,setup was not a problem , picture quality is great . Trying to save a buck I did not have a camera behind my garage, and someone tried to set fire to it . Even with the coverage Arson squad was able to determine how this person had access to my property. I called customer service about an upgrade to a 16 channel system . The rep named Whitney answered all my questions and filled out the new order , and followed up with emails until I received the product . I kick myself for trying to save a little money and not getting the 16 channel the first time . Originally I purchased this because of my wife's illness but it has proven it's worth beyond my expectations . I'm 74 so some cable placement was a challenge , but the rest was fairly easy ,I have only praise for Customer service , support and quality of the product . Now with the 16 channels I have complete overlap of coverage . Yes, I guess you can tell I'm happy with the system and the people who handle it.

We just up graded to the 16 channel 21160 from an early defender model.
Wow! so much more coverage and the picture is much clearer
