All Around Great System

This was my second Defender system purchase. My first system has done so well when I needed to expand my coverage, I purchased another system from Defender. I bought this system in Sept 2015. I am just now getting a chance to install it. It is so easy. I took it out of the box, connected it up, put my first camera on it. It is working great! I am extremely satisfied with both my system purchases. Thank you Defender.

The clarity is awesome day and night. Could not get the program to run through our computer so used a separate monitor. Lost one of our 4 found out it was a cable which is being promptly replaced and also in speaking with Vanessa she has solved the problem with running through the computer. Customer service gets 5 stars for patience hand help.

Great camera system for a great price.

I just bought this system about a week ago and am so happy i did. The install was easy,the picture quality is great and the night vision is exactly as worded in the ad. The hardest part was deciding where to mount the cameras. It comes with 2 TB of storage witch is amazing.My only complaint is there is no written directions, you will need a computer to read the directions, Overall I would recommend these to anyone needing a surveilance system.

Excellent camera system The clarity is very clear better then most banks. What I like about it , you can go to your play store download the app ClearVu one cell phone and you can look at your house while your are away from home just if you have problems with it give technical support a call ask for Michele he is very knowledgeable on how to get you set up if you have any problems with your cameras or how to install the app on your phone plesa ask for Michele and please do not give up . I just wish he was on 24 hour call. Michele you are the best.

Good system

I bought this in March and waited to write this until I was done and wking. Easy to install. Had problems getting it on my phone but Michel with customer support got it working with instruction. The only thing is manual is on line so to know certain things you have to go there and put your model # in and your set. First system I've ever had and glad I decided on this one. Would recommend this for sure.
