I purchased this product from walmart roughly 6 months ago installation was a breeze simple plug and play the cameras are very clear no problems with blurr or static look on the screen. Also the online customer service was phenomenal all the thanks going to Vanessa on the live chat for clearing up any issues and fixing whatever problem I had. If your looking for a great trouble free security system look at these defender sentinel cameras they are outstanding

I purchased two of these units and so far, I'm happy with my decision. I like the DVR except for one thing. A power button would be nice or software that performs a complete shutdown instead of having to pull the short power adapter cord each time. No big, just remember to secure the plug end before letting go, ( I put it under the corner of the DVR) or else you'll be down on the floor trying to find it in the cable spaghetti most of us have. The DVR operating system is easy to use and its menu responds quickly considering its processor speed and the network setup for remote viewing was straight forward.
The 800 WS TVL cameras work well but I wish I'd bought the 8 Bullet 150' camera system instead of the 4 Dome (IR 75') and 4 Bullet (IR 150') system. Camera settings need to be dialed in but when you do, they work well in daytime and night.. One of the bullet camera's arrived with a busted lens cover and the folks in the Customer Service resolved it quickly. Thanks Defender-USA !!

I bought this product a couple of weeks ago! I cant be more satisfied with it! it has great video quality and it was easily installed! price was very reasonable !

I purchased this system in order to be able to monitor my rental property from out of state. Very happy with system. I can view my cameras from my tablet, smart phone, and computer. I can look at recorded footage and actually "get into" my DVR and change settings as if I was right there at the unit. It's nice to have eyes on your property when your away especially when it's a multi-unit property. Tech support is very knowledgeable and very helpful, I personally spoke with Michel, he spoke clear English and wasn't reading from a manual as other tech people I have spoke with from other companies. I couldn't be more happy with the product and have mentioned my system and the others that defender offers to friends. Warranty situations are simple and easy as well. I had a camera that needed replaced and they sent me a new one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Purchased system to keep an eye on my property. Seems to work good. Picture quality is good as any so it seems. Don't expect to recognize faces, or see license plate numbers. The wide range view doesn't focus like you would think to see small details , But overall it's a good picture. Definitely worth the price. I haven't tried remote viewing yet.
