Good so far, just finished install

Product was easy to install. Still trying to figure out how to work certain things but customer service and tech support are very good from previous questions. Quality of cameras seem very good.

I bought the model 21327 8 channel system about a month ago so far no problems with the system itself. The most time consuming process is running the wires to the different cameras but to me it was worth it over using a wireless system. Mihel at customer support was very helpful in getting my network system up and running in no time

I purchased this system early November 2015. The video is crisp & clear, the night vision is great its visibility is clear. The only negative that I can give this product is that setting up email alerts are not user friendly. More detailed step by step instructions is needed in order to setup email alerts up.

This is the second system I've bought this year. The first is located at a 5 unit rental property in FL the other is in MD. Both are working fine. Neither are set up for remote internet access at this time. Good quality for the price.

Excellent quality product with clear color video pictures in lighted areas and black and white infrared pictures in darkened areas. Easy non-technical set-up anyone can do themselves without professional help. Would highly recommend this product to anyone considering a security camera system.

Just got mine very easy to set up. Great picture day and night can't get better for the money. Wish I would have got it a long time ago. Works great to see what's in your yard at night.
